Final Touch Decor Private Limited was founded in 2019 by two determined women directors – Ms. Barsha Ganguly and Ms. Debosree Dey. Starting in the decorative painting sector, we faced the challenge of competing with industry giants like Asian Paints and Berger Paints without formal technical qualifications.
Our breakthrough came through differentiation – delivering high-quality services at significantly lower profit margins, combined with rigorous quality control through regular surprise site inspections and pre-visualized color layouts for clients. This approach helped us establish credibility and build trust in a competitive market.
With guidance from Ms. Barsha Ganguly's father, who worked in a reputed construction company in Kolkata, we secured our first major sub-contractual work in prestigious projects like KMRCL, Fort William and Kalighat Skywalk. This industry exposure became the foundation of our growth trajectory.
Today, having successfully completed over 900 interior projects across Kolkata, Howrah, and the Hooghly suburban region, we've expanded into custom furniture manufacturing and are positioned for our next phase of growth with modern manufacturing technology.
